Can I forward my calls to another number?To set up call forwarding, log on to your online account information and go to the Features page. Under Call Forwarding/Voicemail Settings, you can choose to forward your calls to a secondary number. Select this option, enter a ten-digit phone number, and select the number of seconds you want your broadband phone to ring before forwarding to the secondary number. Note: If you choose '0' as the number of seconds for your broadband phone to ring before forwarding, calls to your broadband phone will immediately go to your secondary number. Back to FAQ's
