How do I use call waiting?


While you are on the phone, you will hear a call waiting tone if another person is trying to call you. You can press the flash button or switch hook to put the first party on hold and answer the second call. When you are done with the second call, press the flash button or switch hook to return to the first call.

If you choose not to answer the second call, that call will be directed according to the option selected under 'Call Forwarding/Voicemail Settings' on your Features page.
