How can I increase the time (number of rings) before an incoming call rolls over to the voice mail.

You can change the number of times your phone will ring on your online account management page. Log in to your online account and go to the 'Features' page. Look for the section marked 'Call Forwarding/Voicemail Settings' and select the number of seconds you would like your phone to ring in the drop-down box. Click on 'Submit' to apply your new settings.

Note: It may take up to 60 seconds after submission for your new call settings to take effect.
