What do I need to do to port my number to your service?


You will first need to complete the Letter of Authorization. This is found on the second page of the sign up process. Complete this form and fax it back to us at 816.333.5915, along with the front page of your most recent phone bill that includes your name and address.

Once this is done, a number transfer typically takes at least 15 to 20 business days to complete. You will need to remain active with your current phone service provider until your number is transferred to our service, in order to hold the number you want to transfer to our service.
